PFA – Preparing for Adulthood

If your child is in year 9 or above at City of Birmingham School, we will be discussing Preparing for Adulthood outcomes (PFA outcomes) in your child's annual review. PFA outcomes will be personalised for each child and their aspirations. The aim of each outcome is to support and develop independence for every young person whilst they transition into adulthood. The headings for these outcomes are:

· Employability

· Independent Living

· Community Inclusion

· Health
